It's literally about stopping arranged and child marriages, fighting against gender stereotypes, protection against SA and abuse, equality and so much more that can bring some peace into the world. It's not about promoting SW, showing body hair (which is normal human things) or women being more than men. Promoting SW is actually against feminism and it's not empowering, like some people are calling it.
It infuriates me that some people don't get the concept of feminism

i agree that feminism doesn't -promote- SW, but SW is the reality of many women, cis and trans. there are many stances that one can take on that, but feminism should support women that are s3xval workers, not from a place of "SW is so awesome and empowering!!!" but more from a "i see what u go through, i won't judge you, and i will help you if you want me to (and if i can)". if a movement isn't made from a plurality of voices and realities, it's empty and biased

I remember like last week i had to explain to a girl who called herself a "radfem" that wanting a boyfriend who looked like he could kill you wasnt okay? I feel like a lot of people label themselves that way because it sounds cool but in reality they dont believe half the stuff behind it they just saw it on tiktok and thought it was cool (kind of the same thing with the 4b movement right now on tiktok its so odd.)

I really love the book "Hood Feminism" for this exact reason. It was really eye opening to me as a white person who was admittedly practicing parts of white-feminism. As feminists, our biggest priorities right now is making sure we aren't shut out of the work place, and that we reduce gendered violence against us like domestic violence, r*pe, and murder (issues women of color are unfortunately statistically more likely to face).
