I hear those who have burdened themselves;
And I stand amidst all of what they call chaos;
But, on the ground, I could find my peace;
Ridden of daydreams, and riddled in kisses;
I see those who run away from the black flame that plagues;
And I sit, reminiscing the time I was enkindled by the shadows;
Alas, upon the sky there was a beautiful moon that shone;
Covered in the misty blue, and blessed by Radiance;
Silently, carefully,
I tread as if I step upon shards;
And the smell of ash which invades me
Each dazzling light from the ocean; mystifies me.
And then, the silence broken;
Broken by the love the world has given me
And I stand amidst all of what they call chaos;
And I ask...
Has the world cared for me enough?
