trying to use my phone less

hi! today i'm trying to go on social media as little as possible (besides spacehey, i suppose). i've been with my bf all day and it's been unsurprisingly difficult to not use my phone.

we went to chipotle and 5 below, and i left my phone in the car for both trips. otherwise, it's mostly left on silent mode next to me. i've used it here and there to message people or look for a specific meme, but the important thing is that i haven't been on social media.

i got a new sketchbook for a dollar! it's teeny tiny and square! i decorated it and filled out the first page.i think it came out really nice! i was hoping for a different colour sketchbook, but you can't beat that price.

i took some polaroids today too! it's a warm october day and the trees are nice and vibrant in connecticut.i love taking pictures with my instax camera! it makes me so happy and feels more real compared to digital photos.

we were also visited by a very hungry and curious yellowjacket! here he is grooming himself:it's been a calm, but challenging day overall. it's hard to quit an addiction, whether it's drugs, self harm, or negative behaviours. but we'll get through it, won't we? i love my little spacehey circle. we're here for each other!
