Like straight up rape

I hate this topic, but i wanna talk about it.

Sexual abuse is the use of coercion, force, or unequal positions to make you engage in any form of unwanted sexual activity.

So I found some "examples" and I'll just give my opinion.

• Being spoken to in a sexual way that you find offensive or degrading

Not, it can be, but in this case scenario unless the person was like forcing you to listen or you could leave because you know you would get hurt or something. Which is then more, just harassment. 

IF not giving hints you don't like being there the person might think you're enjoying it, please make sure to try and make it clear. If the person continues than it really is sexual harassment, BUT BUT rape because you haven't been touched inappropriately. 

• Being used sexually while you were very drunk, drugged, unconscious, or unable to say NO

Straight up, Sa and rape not negotiating. 

• An organ or an object being put into your vagina (rape), or anus or mouth (sodomy), without your consent

Self explanatory, keep in mind that rape can happen to both woman, man and intersex it doesn't matter. 

If you are aware sodomy is crime if oral or anal sexual contact or penetration between persons or of sexual intercourse between a person and an animal. Crime of forcing someone to perform anal or oral. Basically forcing someone to have anal or oral sex with animal and or human.

• Being filmed or photographed nude or in a sexually explicit way without your permission

Everyone can get raped and sa-ed. 

The law says that anyone under age of 13 can never give consent.

Rape is in most cases committed by a close relative, friend or even just neighbors, not always stranger. 

Studies shown that people who are raped aren't always attractive, yet people who look like they can't and won't make a scene. Won't be able to hold their ground and won't escape. People who look more weak. 

Over years there is big number of woman and man being raped. 

If I remember correctly there was a case where husband raped a new born while it was being birthed.

Rape in marriage and relationships can also happen.  Let's for example say you have a partner and you're Christian (strictly). There is a "rule" where you can have sexual intercourse only in after getting married. So if your lover against your words and approval starts touching you inappropriately. That is considered rape. 

Your parents shouldn't be touching your private parts or chest and butt unless accident or needed for let's say helping to put something on. 

Someone sending you their nudes is sexual harassment,  not rape or sa. However if you know the person irl I recommend filling a report,  otherwise just block.

Hopefully ppl from my class won't have energy to read this far, but as person who was sa-ed by a close person( I won't say how much) this topic is really irritating,  because I hate seeing people spread lies and what not about this. Rape and Sa, sexual harassment aren't a light topic and I hate when people are lying about it. It is not something to joke about or speak attention with it.
