kissing my computer <3

i heard about this old movie a week and a half ago, electric dreams from 1984. since then, i've watched it at least 20 times. the movie tells the story of an architect, a cellist, and a sentient 80s pc, and the love triangle that forms between them.

i've seen people say it's a story about how technology gets in the way of true love, but in my opinion, that couldnt be further from the truth. the story is about finding love in unlikely places, and how love is all around us.

since then, i've put the pixellated face of the main character (edgar the computer) on every device i own- my phone, my laptop, my bluetooth speaker, everything. he's a constant reminder that even when i'm alone, love is surrounding me in the everyday.
