This is to anyone who's burnt out; whether this be because of school, college, work, or anything else that they have going on in their lives.
You're not alone. You are enough. And I know you're trying your best. Don't feel guilty if you feel like not putting all your energy into something. You deserve a break.
Hell, even I deserve one, too. It's the start of the most important school year. A year that will dictate my future (I'm a senior in highschool, but I'm from Greece, if that puts anything into comparison.) I've been staring at my history book for 30 minutes trying to find the energy to learn and recite 2 pages word for word; But I just don't have the energy to do it, and that's okay.
Don't pressure yourself to get things done. Cause even if you're tired and you do get them done, your energy will be wasted as they've probably been done lazily.
Get rest, drink some water, eat some food, and try again tomorrow. You're human, we all have our limits. Listen to your body when it tells you it's time to take it easy. Everything will be okay💋🩷.
