Loneliness and emptyness are sisters, at least in my soul

I feel so empty inside, as the same time I feel lonely. Its that empty void inside me desiring for someone to come rescue me from the horrible mind that im trapped in, but the same horrible thoughts convince me to know this world is selfish, so selfish I know no one here cares about each other. no one. everybody has problems and struggles, everybody. Do you really think they wanna hear you when THEY wanna talk about their problems? its the same for everyone. Neither does family, in this generation, pity and care are being confused.
