layout things someone should make cause I cant

for starters I suck at the layout shit, or more specifically my own layout stuff, so heres just like some ideas for anyone who is talented and capable and fabulous enough for that stuff

*Rain drops, instead of like stars falling over the screen rain drops, I'm sure someones made it but I cant find it and its still a good idea.

*like an 80s style fantacy layout, its beautiful why cant I find it.
