ok but seriously wtf is up with Instagram rn

all I want is to create a damn art account but apparently its too much pressure for the folks at Instagram corp to add another account to their data servers

from what I've seen I'm not the only one with this issue, a lot of other people have the same problem and for a very long time that is!
