so confused..

so, like, what do you do when some1 breaks up with u, but itz like totally no1s fault? i feel like im not allowed to be mad, but at the same time it came out of nowhere! bsides, we were friendz b4 we were dating, so do i just stop talking to her? i don't even kno anymore, everything suckz again. n e way, i feel like im gonna vomit again so wtv. thats it ig

The most important thing after a breakup is to give yourself time to adjust to life without the other person. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you're feeling be it anger, sadness or resentment. Take some time to yourself, talk to friends, spend more time doing what you like, but don't feel guilty for negative feelings because they will eventually fade away. Even if it seems like it wasn't anyone's fault, you can never know the full extent of what goes on in someone's mind. Be kind to yourself and focus on yourself rather than replaying painful events.
