I scratched everything from yesterday besides the movement. The game looks way more interesting now. I spent most of my time today focusing on making objects intractable, and it's working! KIND OF. I need to adjust a couple of things before it's bug free, the ground collision is fucked. But I'm happy that I managed to code this mostly on my own with the help of Unity documentation. I did use a tutorial for finding out how kinematic bodies works and how to calculate the distance between two game objects. It's kind of cool. Tomorrow I want to fix the user interface, intractable doors, and start working on the monster. The monster is going to be blind so the game will be designed around the player stealthy navigating the environment. Most intractable objects in the game have different noise levels. Idk I'm not entirely sure how it's going to work yet but it's much more promising than yesterday that's for sure.
