Might have to learn CSS

Recently there's been things I've wanted to do with my Neocities that I can't do because I need CSS which I don't know and usually when this happens I manage to find an HTML only workaround however I've encountered two things where I think I absolutely need CSS meaning I'm gonna have to learn it. Wish me fucking luck because I am going to need lots of it. CSS looks incredibly hard to learn and I sense I will be ripping my hair out and going insane while trying to figure out how it works.
