guys & dating pt 2

(more gay ranting)

frankly one of my least favorites things is when guys act shy or they apologize in advance. like "sorry, i don't meant to make you uncomfortable" like why not? it's my belief that when you're truly attracted to someone you don't make those kinds of comments. i think everyone has had that one person they stopped at nothing to try and talk to, even if it was delusional in hindsight.

at a certain point, your attraction was so strong you were willing to risk embarrassment because rationale left your head, it was possessed with real love. so when you tell me things like "oh but i hope it doesn't bother you" it's as if you were saying being attracted to me is somehow offensive. in other words, that this is a strange thing to wanna impose on me in some way. when you're truly in love, you don't think about it. you do impose. if it isn't reciprocated then obviously back off - but for me to even consider it, you do need to impose.

This is so real; you've got everything right. And I'm sure you know too, how quickly devotion can become "dependence", or how "passion" becomes "delusion" when one falls out of love.
