Absolute Cinema

Date: 28 july 2024 

I went to the cinema yesterday and today. 

Yesterday was with a friend but it kinda felt like a date. We watched Dispicable Me 4 but in swedish, horrible mistake. Also I think we were the only ones in the cinema above 10 and below 40, it was just a bunch of kids and their parents. I liked the song Pharrell had made for the movie, and the other song choices were alright too. The plot was meh and the jokes were obviously made for kids so I can't complain. I liked the minions though and their reference to spiderman. 4.5/10 I'd give it. A step below okay. 

So I also went to the movies today AND LET ME TELL U. It was so fucking good. I watched Deadpool and Wolverine. I liked that they made a lot of jokes that wasn't just *insert graphic description of sexual/violent act*. It was fucking funny and I would 100% watch that movie again. I watched it with my brothers, it was a late birthday gift. If u haven't seen it u definitely should and especially in the cinema. God I love to watch comedy movies in the cinema. Anyways, 8/10 movie. The reason why is bcs it was really entertaining, really funny, good acting, good visuals, BUT the plot was really kinda meh. It wasn't boring but I don't think anyone was really invested in it. It didn't feel like there were any high stakes. I think this movie is almost as good as the original two but it missed plot-wise. Also Hugh Jackman ripping his shirt off with a close up of his oiled up abs was not something that I knew I needed. 

I had a good time watching both of them but I obviously liked the second one more. Also I really enjoy spending time with my brothers.
