Making some baguettes today, they just came out of the oven and they smell amazing, I've been baking breads from scratch for the last few months trying to get down some new techniques to make my baking skills increase in real life lol. hopefully I gained some RL xp haha ^.^

Making bread is amazing and it's a great deal healthier than store bought. I hope the bread turns out good!
That's another reason why I've been making it from scratch. A lot less additives and it tastes better to me.

I don't mind the extra protein and most saw dust isn't actually that harmful to your insides at such a microscopic size.

Haha exactly lol but I still agree that homemade or locally sourced breads and goods are far better than industrial foods and goods.
