Should we eschew fleshy desires implanted by the Demiurge?

Hi all,

Recently I've been thinking; our carnal urges to have sex and yearn are implanted by Yaldabaoth and his disciples, no? The ones planted in us to keep us chained to the material world?

So is it a practice that should be put into motion of eschewing sexual desire and therefore porn/masturbation? I feel as though it seems a step towards Gnosis, but sexual freedom is also a good idea.
