To those who need to hear this

Sometimes it’s hard getting through those days and I understand that, I’m asking you for one day to get through this, every time you feel like you’re worthless or better off dead wait one day and within that day look at the world around you, see it from different perspectives, walk around, do anything but sit still doing nothing and wallowing in pity, enjoy life and enjoy those little things, those things that get you through life in the first place
