Art Dump!

I've been drawing more in the last several weeks, so here's some highlights!

I've loved art my whole life but I kinda suck at traditional art so sorry if it's not up to standard XD

A traditionally drawn picture of a girl in a futuristic looking home taking a selfie in a mirror. She is wearing mostly blue and white, and has blue hair. To the right is a robot cat sitting on a windowsill, and outside the window is a futuristic looking neighborhood with a flying car and green grass.

I did this one to practice drawing environments! I've been super into cybercore/cyberpunk/futuristic aesthetics in general recently, so I drew some inspiration from that for this drawing! The leg warmers are inspired by a real pair that someone I follow on Instagram owns, but I don't know where they're from.

A traditionally drawn picture of a person with spiky blond hair standing in front of a drumset. The face of the bass drum is bright pink and says "Snow Kill" on it. The person is drawn in the lanky "emo" style common in older drawings from Deviantart.

This is actually from a few months ago, but I felt like adding it here because it's cool. The character is partially inspired by my friend Caspian, mostly just the hair. I don't draw in this style often anymore but I always have a lot of fun with it; playing with the sharp angles of the style is a lot of fun.

A traditionally drawn picture of a woman in what resembles a nun's habit. Her veil is draped in a way that vaguely resembles horns, and the inside of the veil is a bright blue. The dress is closely fitted to her torso and the skirt reaches down to the tops of her shoes. There is an alternate veil design off to the right, featuring a veil that is draped closer to the face and is much shorter, but still includes the blue lining. The alternate veil also features horn-like draping. There is writing on the page describing different aspects of the design and how it works into the setting it is intended for. The title reads: Sister - Everyday/Work. An arrow pointing to the veil says "lining color changes depending on Papa". An arrow pointing to the alternate veil design says "alternate veil". An arrow pointing to the hem of the skirt says "skirt and sleeves are lined in same as veil". A block of text to the right of the design reads: "Worn for everyday activities; sisters doing more intensive or active work may opt for shorter hems for ease of motion. Made in wool or cotton depending on season or location."

In addition to the last image, another traditionally drawn picture of a woman in what resembles a nun's habit. This time, there is very ornate gold detailing on the hems of her veil and dress, and her capelet is much longer. There is a long slit up the left side of the skirt, reaching up to the woman's mid-thigh. She appears to be wearing some form of formal shoe, in black. The beaded belt around her waist is ornate, with blue and gold beads. To the right, a closer diagram of an arm shows the details of her sleeve, with golden buttons along the forearm holding it to give a tight fit. Above that is a diagram of an example of the gold buttons. Below the arm, are a blue rosary with the typical crucifix replaced with the Ghost logo, and a simple necklace with the same logo. Beneath the necklaces is a graphite depiction of what the gold hem detailing may look like. The title at the top reads: Sister - Formal/Ritual. The ink from the design on the other side of the paper slightly shows through.

My Sisters of Sin cosplans! Heavily inspired by a design I found on Pinterest, but I haven't found the original artist's credits yet. I mostly took inspiration from their veil design; I adore the peaks of the veil being used to look like horns! I've had such an intense obsession with Ghost for the last several years, I hope I can bring this to life in the near future! I did both a formal and everyday version, both because it turns out that habits are really fun to draw and because I am foaming at the mouth over this concept. (Plus, multiple cosplays of the same thing never hurt anyone right? Right???) I also plan to make a school uniform design for this concept at some point, I'll make another blog post dedicated to Ghost stuff at some point.

Hope you liked it! Bye!
