ibuprofeno quite helps. makes me clear my mind and forget about shit that i dont like so its great,  not great for my body but welllllll doesnt really matter, im gonna die some way!!!

nothing much has been happening other than that. continued watching twd (cried a lot, calitox meant the world to me) and continued rewatching house.
