Last week I went on a date with a dude I knew from middleschool. Everything went awesome from my perspective: we didn´t run out of topics to talk about, we shared similar opinions, political inclinations, world views, we like the same media, and we even share a similar sense of humor.
After like 4 hours of talking and overall having a great time, he walked me to the train station AND GAVE ME HIS JACKET BECAUSE HE SAW I WAS COLD AAAUDHAKUDHIUWEIW. It truly felt like I was dreaming.
When I arrived home he texted me to see if I was ok, told me that he had a really great time and that we should go on another date someday. After that we chatted a bit and then he said GOODNIGHT BEAUTIFUL dhiusuwseufahkfhwke.
Everything sounds amazing right? Then tell me, and I don´t wanna come off as an incel when I say this lmao, why hasn´t he text me in like 3 days????w¿dawiehfiuhweh9aw
I´m not asking for a full on three hour lenght deep conversation, just don´t leave me on read so I don´t feel like a total loser, goddamit!!!
Maybe i am being a bit paranoid and he´s just busy. But at the same time it´s SO EASY to say: "hey, I´m busy right now! talk to you later!!!"
I´m convinced he lost all interest in me out of NOWHERE I literally didn´t do anything.
I´m losing my mind, sorry for the rant lol

hard to say, he mighta just gotten cold feet or felt like ghosting you would be the least complicated option for backing off even if to you it felt like the date went perfectly. it's all wack, i've only ever dated girls i was friends with at first, it's just way more comfortable when you already know the person well
you are probably right
it´s a shame tho bc he would´ve been fun to hang out with platonically lol
