My dream was kind of a time loop last night

Had a dream last night where I was in my old high school (though it was changed because of dream logic). I think it was supposed to be the last day of school, but anyway I was going to leave when I spotted my favorite fictional character (Gundham Tanaka from Danganronpa 2, he has appeared in a TON of dreams of mine) and we both decided to leave together. Since the hallways was crowded, we got separated but met up outside. We began to leave, but suddenly we were sent back into the school. Essentially the same thing happened. After we were outside again, I was the one who got sent back inside. I didn't look for him this time and just left. I got up onto the roof to look for him once I got outside. I found him, got down, and told him I wasn't sure what happened. Then it happened again. I was back in the school. I left by myself, and when I found him outside again, this time he seemed to be sick or something. He sounded a bit weak and was coughing. I ended up picking him up bridal-style and was determined to carry him.

We didn't make it far before I woke up.

...I then proceeded to have a dream after I fell asleep again where I was trying to get home from school by myself. I ended up stealing a bus, violating MANY traffic laws, later rode on a bike down some city alleyways on train tracks, got off the bike, carried it over my head, ran through active traffic to get across the street, and ended up in my neighborhood. I fixed my neighbor's mailbox (which had been uprooted), and then got home.

What. The heck is my brain.
