Morning entry:

I woke up at 7am. Fell back asleep.

I woke up at 8:30am. Fell back asleep.

I woke up at 9:30am. Finally got out of bed.

Its harder to get up the colder it is in the morning. But harder to sleep the hotter it is. But harder to get up when you've lost sleep to the heat. There is no winning. I miss my partner because one of us is always able to get the other out of bed and its always comfortable going to sleep.

The news is on. Theres a new political cartoon about the debate every commercial break. That can't be good. Not evening meme-ing the situation can make it laughable. The fact that jokes are being made so quickly makes me anxious- You joke about something when its long over and in the past when things in the present are better. But right now we're in the thick of it.

I don't want to eat, my stomach still hurts from yesterday.

I finished the paperwork, but I hope orientation is not on the 2nd because I will not be able to make it that day.

I need to fill out my paperwork for the dental surgeon too.

I'm going to be meeting with my potential mentor this Tuesday, frankly I don't think I will be able to have a genuine conversation with my mother present.
