how to receive criticism?

recently, ive gotten criticism for my artworks that i need to put in my portfolio for university. they were actually really helpful and insightful, and i don't doubt that it'd help me a lot with improving my stuff. HOWEVER!!!! i can't help but take everything so personally! like the voice in my head goes, "damn...they fr don't like my stuff..." even though i asked for criticism lmao  

SO MY QUESTION IS.... how do you take criticism healthily? without taking things so personally? because the things that were commented weren't inherently bad, its just making me doubt my ability in creating things! is there a way for me to be like "ok thanks!! i'll improve on my shit!" without being a little hurt about it? how do you react to criticism?
