Continuing my paranormal reports, part 2

I recently moved to a new house, as I mentioned. My old house was slightly haunted, as mentioned in the other post, but this new house looks just as good as the other one!

To begin with, since the beginning I have heard footsteps around the house, seen figures and felt presences here, a month after we had been living here, a spirit approached me to talk.

His name is Marcos, he died at the age of 16 after being run over. It was possibly a few decades ago, since he had no education and worked in the fields. He asked to stay with me, since he didn't know many mediums and this would help protect me, because I didn't feel anything bad coming from him I accepted his company.

The house's activities began to slow down after that. I was happy to have accepted his help, otherwise I would still have to deal with these other apparitions.

But then, two weeks ago, another spirit began to torment me, pulling at my feet in the early hours of the morning, pushing me, tripping me, and pulling at my backpack. 

Marcos said it was a girl, apparently younger than him and me, so I agreed that she would come and talk to me.

All she knew was her name, she didn't remember how she died and she remembered very little about her past, nothing after the age of thirteen (she died at 14). 

She asked me for shelter, as she was lonely and wanted friends to stay with her. I ended up accepting and now Marcos and Karina are my daily headaches.

Well, then where is the macabre thing? 

Now, I live in a condominium and there is a house here that has been abandoned for years, there are rumors that a man died there, but no one is sure. The point is: I feel bad energy coming from there. I'm afraid to get closer, but there's this strange thing.
