SHIFTING TO WAR / WWIII

Shifting to War? - Since it's a little relevant, I wanted to see how much things happen and what does. People often say the countries are going to have nuclear warfare yet if they do, it's highly likely going to be called a war crime, same as colonization.

I don't see it as an immoral thing because I am only shifting there, and even it gives me idea's of when it is to come and how we could have defended ourselves better. I would also give some tips to other shifters of what to do when the war does eventually one day start.

I want to shift to make a country although it's going to hard, I have little fantasizes about making little countries up with their own religious practices, cultural heritage, and border. My idea was to accept the country into formation through trying to reason with another country to be able to buy off the land for trade of services made their. We can later establish our own country, after we split off from that country or the agreement finishes up.
