i dont know how to express love and im making people tired of me

i have the same problem as my mom, i can't express love. so there's this person who i date and im making this person sad because i dont know how to show love because MY way to express love is different from the usual way. im tried and im trying really hard but how can i do this if I'm scared? im scared asf of this person and i dont know whyy...!!! and to make everything even worse os the fact is that this person did something that i dont know and they are too afraid do tell me. how am i supposed to be kindly and lovely when im with someone that i dont know what they did. I can't break up because i have this emotional dependence so I can't break up. i can't.
