I have done light arms and legs so far. I forgot to post about either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
I won’t be able to do heavy arms today so I’m going to have to do that tomorrow.
I liked the step ups because they are harder to cheat on. I may replace lunges with them.
I added a section of leg day for core exercises. Put they didn’t feel very effective. I may add leg raises or crunches or something. I have not focused on core exercises very much, so figuring out what works for me will take some trial and error.
I am very excited to see how much progress I can make in a year.
The main thing I will have to keep in mind is my diet; or lack thereof. I’ve done all this before with middling results because I didn't eat enough.
