My new Long Term Workout Plan for Cosplay

I have been saying I would cosplay for the last four years and it never happened. So I am writing it down and committing. Next year for the convention I will cosplay Jibril from No Game No Life. 

I need to be shredded for this. 

My last long term goal was a success more or less. I was hoping to be a lot stronger than I am now but I was focusing on not injuring myself this time. The main thing was getting the consistency back. Which I was able to do. 

The main issue I ran into was eating enough. I am bad at eating a normal amount, or a consistent amount. I am going to focus on workout consistency and nutrition. Sleep is also pretty problematic for me but I am hoping if I eat and exercise enough the sleep situation will take care of itself.

Push Ups 3x 30-60 seconds

Lunges 3x20


Swimming Superman 3x15


Plank 2x 1 minute


Single Arm Farmer Carry 3x1 Minute 



---Heavy Arms:


Dumbell Bench Press 5x8


Bent Over Row 4x6 30

Drop 2x6 20


Super Set 3x10

(Curls to shoulder press

Hammer Curl to tricep kickback 

Bench Dips)


Lateral Raises 3x15


Reverse Flies 3x15


Preacher curls 4x15-20
