Weird dreams, not sure what they mean

Date: 7 june 2024 

I have been having really weird dreams lately, dreams about the same people mostly. I have dreamt of my family, friends and classmates, though I think the weirdest people in my dreams are the ones I don't recognize. I assume I must have seen these ppl at some point in real life but I can't remember them in the slightest, they're just strangers in the dreams. I think some of my dreams are just nonsense randomly put together from my memory but maybe some of it means something, Idk. 

I dreamt that one of my friends in school got into a relationship with one of our classmates. I laughed and told her he was weird and basically called him everything bad I could think of. She then turned around with one of our friends and they both wondered why I cared. In the dream I so badly wanted her to stop being with him but I couldn't do anything cs they were right, there was no reason for me to be so bothered by it.

Anyway I woke up remembering the dream pretty well. Obviously "dream-me" had a crush on my friend, but I assume that's not some suppressed thought that the real me has, right? I think she's a good friend, that I know. She's pretty, that I also know. But I don't think I'm in love with her. I don't know if me just thinking abt this so much is a sign that I do like her or if it's just cs I'm so dumb when it comes to this kinda stuff.

Either way I don't think it matters cs she would never like me like that. Maybe I have a small crush on her, but it's containable, we can just stay friends for all I care. Maybe I should stop joking abt it cs it might just make me feel bad. By that I mean, for example, we were at mcdonalds and shared a meal. She said she didn't want anything to drink so I could have it instead. I noticed she was thirsty though so I told her to get a straw so she could drink from mine. I then joked that we were on a date sharing a drink. She laughed. Some more instances like this have happened. I hope I get over this crush before she gets a boyfriend, cs she's really cool so she'll prolly get a bf in no time. I don't like to complicate things.
