Hello! This is Trainee Agent Ramona Rue, ID 2146449. I'm concerned that
my terminal may not be functioning properly. Upon connecting to the
Agency File Network, my terminal was labeled HQEXPERIMENTAL-1 instead of
the typical agent-specific serial number. Additionally, I was told I
lacked clearance for α-2634017, a project that my documentation says I
am a part of. I am concerned that these issues may impact my ability to
access network documentation in the future. What is the best way to

Sorry, but that doesn't make sense to me. Are you sure I'm assigned to experimental? I was told my current mission was entirely online. Training mission Spectrum, ID 120323-83-2146449-0001. I'll admit I did accept an offer to stay in the agency dorms, but I don't think this is experimental? But regardless, I really don't think it's right that I wouldn't have access to alpha 2634017 if I'm a part of it. Am I a part of it, or is the documentation wrong?

After a correspondence with IT, I've been made aware that my documentation states I reside in the Experimental Headquarters, and am involved with project alpha 2634017, a project I don't have clearance to view. I was hoping to correct this data? I live in the Washington division dormitories, and have no knowledge of being brought onto any such project. I'm sure I can confirm if need be.
