Ingredients:
- 230g 0% fat Greek yogurt (132 calories)
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk (9 calories) or skimmed milk (23 calories)
- 25g cocoa powder (102 calories)
- 20g oat flour (75 calories) or 40g oat flour (150 calories)
- 1/2 cup 0-calorie sweetener (0 calories)
- 1 egg white (17 calories) or 3 tbsp liquid egg whites
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (0 calories)
- Pinch of salt (0 calories)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (0 calories)
Vegan Alternative Ingredients:
- 60ml almond milk (9 calories)
- 200g soya yogurt (200 calories)
- Chia seed egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 tbsp water, 50 calories)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or soya yogurt), skimmed milk (or almond milk), cocoa powder, oat flour, sweetener, egg (or chia seed egg), baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Prepare Baking Tray:
- Spray your baking tray with Fry Light or PAM to prevent sticking. This step is crucial to avoid a mess.
Spoon the Mixture:
- Spoon the mixture into your baking utensil of choice. Using a tablespoon of mixture for each brownie, you should be able to make approximately 32 brownies. A Madeleine tray works well for this purpose.
