Greek Yoghurt and Berry Parfait

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt (50g, 30 calories)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (37g, 21 calories)
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (37g, 12 calories)
- 1/2 teaspoon honey (3 calories)
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional, 0 calories)
Directions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Wash the blueberries.
- Measure out the Greek yogurt and honey.
Assemble the Parfait:
