Greek Yoghurt and Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt (50g, 30 calories)
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (37g, 21 calories)
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (37g, 12 calories)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (3 calories)
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional, 0 calories)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash and slice the strawberries.
    • Wash the blueberries.
    • Measure out the Greek yogurt and honey.
  2. Assemble the Parfait:

    • In a small serving glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
