it's been a long time coming. i haven't had much time or willingness to look after myself and my wellbeing thanks to everything that has been going on, but now i am. let me break it down a little bit here.
- i learned that i have a disorganized attachment style which affects all my relationships and how i grieve
- i then bought a book/journal for overcoming the stresses that come with a disorganized attachment style
- i got writing prompts for self-love and balance that i will probably post and answer privately here
- writing has been one of the most therapeutic things in my life at this point, helping me make sense of everything going on and allowing me to visualize my thoughts and avoid confusion
- i started doing yoga and working out again
- i no longer am using substances to escape reality
it's obviously a work in progress. this is just the beginning. but i'm finally free to start working on it and myself.
