I'm not a kid anymore

I'm 19 turning 20 this year. I went on sites I used to go to as kids. I don't know what to do with my life with my time. I used to be so much happier but I'm anchoring myself to not be. I remember connecting with people so easily, having optimism in others. I dont wanna lose my soul idk
