Self esteem

I think that my anxiety has gotten better but then when I’m around girls/femmes my age who I perceive as leagues more attractive than myself I feel nervous and ashamed. This for once isn’t a gay thing, it’s a ‘I don’t like how I look and I assume you don’t either’ thing.
