Spring sentiments

Hello, I have just checked this site again after a while of not really using it!! (Or at most coming on to post a silly blog post and then leave)

I've been in a semi-positive odd mood lately, but when is anyone not in an odd mood. I end my first year of university in about a week, and I will fly back home and start the internship that I'm working at this summer - I'm so excited, I'll be working in research archives doing preservation and conservation!!!! Lots and lots and lots of reflections and ruminations on the relationships and intellectual/aspirational/self changes that I've undergone this school year... lots and lots of things to look forward to. Overall I think I wish I did more. The weather is getting warmer, the trees are getting fuller. I am excited to be home once again in suburbia where I can drive my car and pick up my little sister from school to get Yogurtland. 

On a more superficial note, I have dyed my hair and gotten quite into the furry subculture (kill me kill me I know)... I think the money I make this summer will partially go into investing in a kemono fursuit. I've always kind of tried to maintain a subdued and quiet social presence (for example this is really the only form of social media that I use publicly other than goodreads) but I think I want to make an Instagram perhaps to put myself out there, who knows! 

Anyway, here are a few pictures of things lately! My hair inspiration was twilight sparkle but the blue came out a lot lighter than I wanted - I still like it though! After the blue washes out a bit I might dye it a much darker twilight blue, but that's for another day. Cheers! Happy Wednesday!
