I did a little research a while back and dug up that my Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather was a Private in The Continental Army during The American Revolution. I thought this was cool, so I downloaded a few mods for F:NV, got a Revolutionary War uniform mod, and a Kentucky Long Rifle mod, and played through the whole game as him.
I sided with the NCR because they were the closest option to modern day America, but in hindsight it might've made more sense to just go House or Wild Card out of the disdain for taxes and love for freedom.
Either way, the screenshots were cool as hell, decided to share some.

This is so freaking cool, also it makes me wanna play Fallout New Vegas again <3
It's a true classic. If I ever knuckled down and made a game I'd want it to be in the same vein - multiple factions, multiple endings based on those factions, good ass DLCs with stories that could be their own games. 10/10.

Yes it is definitely classic and I think you should give it a try making a game inspired from fallout you seem to have a very cool mindset & ideas <3
