just cut my hair! do you think i should dye my hair blue?

cut the right side of my hair becuase its become this big annoying blob of hair thats literally causing me to have my head leaning LMAO. so i cut it. how does hair growth work after bleaching? cuz i swear my bleached hairs getting longer or sumthing. its prolly getting moved by the roots. 

anyways i kinda got a reverse tomboy sidetail cut going on that ive given myself. im keeping my hair less than shoulder length exepct for these little hairs ive kept around the sides of my neck. ugh, its kinda hard 2 explain? lemme see if i can draw it. its just hard becuase im on a chromebook rn.
