Im so annoyed right now….for the past couple of weeks ive been really trying to eat less and change my weight but NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Its just discouraging because if my weight stays the same while im eating like..barely any food at all then whats the point of doing it in the first place? I end up bingeing…oh well. I think its cuz im eating little but the food im eating is junky. I should eat healthier…well, duh. And work out more..i was supposed to go to the beach every day this week but i didnt because i was sick and got lazy. I can still go today but eeeh… i have a bunch of hw to do. Theres no one to talk to online. I feel really lonely.
Weekends are depressing
