Somewhat Edible Food Recipes By Lamby (004)

Fried Potato Cheese Balls.

Original recipe by @Nino's Home on YT

Stuff You Need:

Potatoes.

Bread or Panko パン粉

Oil.

Salt.

Flour. (plain or all purpose. I used bread flour but it's ok if you don't have any:)

Egg.

Determination.

Cheese. (mozzarella cheese block, preferably.)

[Optional]

Packet of your favourite crisps

Chilli seasoning.

...

Peel potatoes, steam.

Mash potatoes.

Put in some flour and a dash of salt.

Mix until becomes dough.

(about two spoons of flour but just add until it's doughy enough)

You can add a little bit of chili seasoning if you'd like, if you do, stir a bit to make it evenly spread.

Shape into balls, bury the cheese inside. Make sure the cheeses are fully covered or they will explode in the oil.

Put them on a tray in the freezer for a bit. Let them chill there.

While they're chilling, prepare batter and coating.

For the batter, put one egg in bowl, mix very well.

Give a little milk. Stir again.

Add a teensy bit of flour (about one spoon)

and again, stir. :)

For the coating, you can either coat it in panko or you can grate bread with a cheese shredder to make breadcrumbs.

Optional, you can mix in finely crushed crisps or seasoning into the breadcrumbs. For taste.

After a while, get the potato balls out of the freezer, coat in batter, then coat in breadcrumbs. Freeze again for a bit.

Once you feel like they're done waiting, fry them in oil.

Put on a plate with paper towel on top for oil absorption to prevent sogging.

Yum.

Eat with ketchup or whatever you like :]

sorry for rushed writing, my brain isn't very thinking mood right now. :')
