Weird TV Show That Might Have Been A Fever Dream

So when i was little, i just remember watching this TV show (which was conveniently only airing reruns on a channel that shut down a few years ago) that had this like, really bad artstyle, but it was bad in the "messy but it looks good" kinda way, or to attempt to make it look like a kid drew it or smth. I just remembered watching it this one time when i had a fever and it was all pretty vague. When i try to tell people about it though, they always seem to imagine it in excruciating detail lol. For example, there's this character who's like 6 and she carries around a dead dog she named peperoni (for some reason lmao) and like, what i meant by that was a simple x over the eyes or smth not a fuckin mutilated corpse- I never remembered the name, and when i tried searching for it, i found nothing. I even tried asking some of my family about it and they said they have no recollection of it existing, yet i was such a big fan of it that i named one of my stuffed animals after that dog i mentioned. It's really unlikely that it actually existed and was probably a strange fever dream i had as a kid lmao.
