Weird TV Show That Might Have Been A Fever Dream

So when i was little, i just remember watching this TV show (which was conveniently only airing reruns on a channel that shut down a few years ago) that had this like, really bad artstyle, but it was bad in the "messy but it looks good" kinda way, or to attempt to make it look like a kid drew it or smth.
