tf is "love" even abt bro

I've realized that I'm not sure if I know what it feels like to "be in love" with someone. I can recognize when ppl are attractive but I don't know about these experiences ppl talk about. 

Like "butterflies in ur stomach", sure I guess I can feel nervous around people but I can feel nervous around anyone so how do I know which ones are the real deal? 

Or "u get excited when they are at school/ talk to you/ looks ur way/ I don't fucking know anything", sure but that I can also feel around my friends and family.

If I am excited to see someone, think they are attractive, can get nervous around them, am I in love with them? I don't know. There has to be some sort of way to know right? I feel like most people just know somehow, but I don't and it's bothering me.

Btw anyone know how to pay taxes? Turning 18 in 2 days and I got a letter asking me to pay em, how tf do I do that?
