Somewhat Edible Food Recipes By Lamby (003)

Creamy Cheese Pasta.

Easy Recipe-ish. It's not really recipe but rather a "how to." Adjust according to liking. Just sharing my own method which turned out suoer yummy. Will regret my actions later but I love cheese too much to not eat it. An easy balanced meal. Not too spicy or flavourful, so good for picky eaters and children. Even if you don't like mayo I think you will like it ^-^

First get your ingredients:

  • whatever green veggies you wanna eat that you find in your fridge.
  • garlic and onion
  • noodle or pasta of choice
  • source of protein (Optional, but a balanced meal is important :)
  • Olive Oil〔オリブオイル〕
  • Butter
  • Whipped Cream/Heavy Cream (not spray whipped cream okay. that's too sweet.)
  • Cream Cheese.
  • Mayo. (Kewpie) (if you don't use that one it'll taste different.)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • If you have an okay-ish spice tolerance add chili flakes it makes it just 💯 (100% yum)

  1. Boil pasta of choice. Put a little bit of salt and olive oil into the water. Boil veggies too, depending on preference. If you like veggies more cooked, boil them with pasta to save time and energy.
  2. You can just not add veggies, but it's nice and gives texture and is healthy for you so I encourage it very much. Brocoli and Bell Pepper works particularly well.
  3. Crush (to enhance flavour) and cut garlic. Dice some onions as well. (you can wash the onion to get rid of the strong taste. Same with bell pepper. works well particularly for young kids.)
  4. In a pan or wok, add butter on low heat. Spread around pan until it melts.
  5. Add onion and garlic, stir around on medium-low heat until golden brown.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Add meat or whatever, if you want to or feel like you should add add any. Make sure it cooks well :)
  8. Add veggies and pasta. It's okay if you don't strain it perfectly, the pasta water helps the sauce. Add a tablespoon or two of it (pasta water.)
  9. Add chili flakes.
  10. Stir around a bit.
  11. Add Cream and Cheese. (I like using grated pasta cheese or mozerella because they're stretchy. You can add sliced or stick cheese if you don't have any or if you just like it better ^-^)
  12. Add mayo (about a tablespoon) and cream cheese. ( i added about ⅛ of a stick, buf you can add more according to taste :)
  13. Stir well until everything melted. Turn off the stove if you're afraid the other ingredients will burn. As long as you stir well, it should be easy to melt with the residual heat :3
  14. Put on plate, add any extra herbs/spices/garnish you like and eat.
  15. The End

I hope this has helped you create a nice pasta. What are some pasta cooking methods you really like or dislike? :]
