Getting in Shape 18

Legs today.

Only did 2 exercises but it was the important ones. I got squats and individual leg press done. 

Individual leg press is a bit scary. I am out of practice so on the warmup set I bent my leg a little too far. No pain or anything but the realization that if the weight were heavy I could have broken my leg in half was a wake up call. 

My good friend came with me for the first time. I am really excited for him. He does manual labor so instead of exercising I tried to encourage him to do some cardio and stretching/use the foam rollers. He’s been complaining about his back so I’m hoping the foam rollers help.

You’re making great progress! Personally I struggle to stay consistent with exercise so reaching day 18 is AWESOME!! Wishing you the best of luck and that you reach your goals :D >w<
