monday tuesday recap

good morning peoples, whoevers reading this! good morning from where i am at least :P!

been fairly busy, always been busy >n< but it'll get better!! (i hope)

as most people are probably aware of, the solar eclipse was this monday. i got to witness a partial eclipse from where i am, and my dad even gave me the special glasses before i went back to school after spring break. my family actually drove to texas to witness the totality! even luckier, they chose a good location without many clouds and got many great pictures! i was very happy for them all, especially my dad since he was worried about the weather.

on my end, it was a bit cloudy but just sunny enough to see it properly. i had my design class when it was happening actually, but my professor encouraged us to go outside and witness it and she came along too. we all passed around the glasses taking turns looking and then went back inside once the greatest had passed. it was really great and fun!

with all that being said, we must also mourn our dear friend, nintendo network for the 3ds and wiiu :(, who passed away around 4pm PDT on monday as well. apparently it had been around for about 12 years, thats crazy!! thats like, 2/3rds of my lifespan! i never really had people to play with often on my 3ds, and i never had a wiiu, but it was still great fun while it lasted. i would always watch people play splat1, something so new and exciting, and now so nostalgic. although it may be gone, props to the people at pretendo trying to bring it back.

yesterday and tomorrow, my astronomy class is cancelled bc my professor also went to see the eclipse, so yesterday i was just chillin! it gave me lots of time to do my homework, and i even spent a good few hours organizing my yarn stash while listening to my online textbook :3.

me, my friend, my roomie, and suitemate (suite-ie? sweetie?! kinda tru love u harv if you read this) were also chatting into tonight and it was lots of good fun >u<

i didn't have enough room to bring my crochet bag in my backpack today, which gave me the time to type this all out in my communication lecture ^u^;; im wearing a cute fit w my knee high converse since its rather warm this week :3

after this class ends, ill get a muffin and eat it in my next class. well, until next taim!
