Getting in Shape 19

Arm day went well. I tried doing it at home and I am a fan. I can't wait to move because the next place has a free gym. I like working out at home best but having the option to mix it up is important.


My left shoulder is acting up again. Going to have to work on that again.


My goal is to be in shape by May 24.


Having a specific date has been great for adding some urgency and purpose to the workouts.
