So back in late 2014 or early 2015, a friend and i were walking down some railroad tracks in Montgomery Alabama off mobile highway. We were just exploring.
Toward the end of our exploration, we see 2 black men walking down the tracks toward us. One had a red gas can, the other carried an orange duffle bag.
I got this feeling that something was off about then, even though they were about 300 yards away from us. I asked my friend if he felt what I felt. He said he did. So I advised that we exit the tracks and get back to the homeless shelter we were staying in. He agreed.
So we get back to the homeless shelter and sit down. Around 6pm the pastor (it was a church/homeless shelter combo, friendship mission off mobile highway), he turns on the 6 o'clock news.
Whats the first news story they cover? Earlier that day, a female body was found on those same tracks about a mile up from the direction they came from. She had been killed and set on fire.
We never told anyone or contacted the cops because it was pointless, since we didn't get enough of a look to even give a description.
One of the many times being able to feel other people's energy saved my life and the life of another.
