Both hail and rain

Wow what a day.  Thursdays are always long for me because of work meetings, but I was especially tired today for some reason.

After work I had dinner with friends at The Portal and there was a live band playing, most of whom I knew personally so it was cool seeing them perform, but I almost fell asleep in my chair.  I hope I'm not coming down with something.. On my way out it got freezing and started pouring both hail and rain simultaneously 🥶.  And of course I was wearing flats and did not have my coat so I got soaked.  It rained so hard the side streets were flooded!

I'm happy to be home in my bed where it's cozy and warm.  And now it's time for some much needed rest, and tomorrow is a new day.  See you there!
