Today I learned how difficult it is to be the ruler of equestria. Many ponies are getting sick and today, Pinkie Pie sent me a letter about how Mrs. Cake died. I don't know what i did wrong. All i ever did was just tell them to stop using herbs, and begin to use medicine.

Spike has been acting sick. He has been vomiting blood, and at some point he vomited maggots and his kidney.
